Savusavu Fish

29th June.

Today we took out a very nice family from Australia.


The seas had a little chop to it as we left the Savusavu Harbour entrance, so made our way slowly out to the sea mount.


Nothing much was working when we got there, not even a shark, so after a while of trying, decided to work our way towards the reef.



Nothing working there either, so was slowly working our way back to the mount, when we had our first strike.



First Mahimahi on board, then a little later on we came across more Mahimahi, this made the day a little more exciting.



We lost a few fish, but were grateful that we did manage to bring 5 fish home.
